If I buy older boxes and have issues with the cards or get an expired redemption, what can you do?

Most older boxes have the cards in the same condition they left the factory – but certain products are sometimes known to stick together or have other issues. We keep all of our products in a temperature-controlled environment and rarely have issues, but from time to time things do come up. As far as redemption cards go, unfortunately, that comes along with buying certain older products. While in most instances there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do we can provide you with customer service contact information when possible.
