If I order a product that averages 4 autograph or memorabilia cards per box and only get 3, can I get a refund? Or the cards I received were damaged, can I get a refund?


We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios and/or cards that are damaged by the manufacturer. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our boxes come from factory-sealed cases. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase, your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information, which is available upon request.
