If I order a product that averages 4 autograph or memorabilia cards per box and only get 3, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our boxes come from factory sealed cases. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information, which is available upon request.

I bought a case of a product and am looking to sell back a few of the unopened boxes I didn’t open. Will you buy them back from me?

We will not buy back boxes of newer product that could be missing the “case hit”. Boxes we sell of any product that can lose value if not from a sealed case (i.e. Upper Deck Cup Hockey, Topps Sterling Baseball, Upper Deck SP Legendary Cuts Baseball, Upper Deck Exquisite Baseball, etc.) come directly from sealed cases. We have decades of experience in identifying faulty products and take pride in being able to guarantee that we sell unsearched products.

When will you have the new ______ product and what will the price be?

For upcoming releases of new products check our release calendar, as well as our sports and gaming pre-sell pages. Please note that manufacturers often change anticipated release dates, and this is something that we have no control over. Whenever a release is postponed, we will adjust the calendar and pre-sell information accordingly.

I purchased a product on pre-sell and at the time of release the item price has changed.

Due to market forces that are beyond our control, products that we pre-sell may appreciate OR depreciate in value prior to release and delivery. Please be aware of the inherent risk associated with pre-buying any product. If the item price goes down you will not get a refund, and if the item price goes up you will not have to pay more. The price you “lock-in” at is the total price you will pay.

I see that you are an Authorized Internet Retailer with Wizards of the Coast, please explain this.

As an Authorized Internet Retailer with Wizards of the Coast, we can only ship current Magic: the Gathering sealed products within the U.S. and it’s Territories.

Also, as an Authorized Internet Retailer, we do not buy, sell or trade current Magic: the Gathering sealed products to or from other businesses.
