Check or Money Order : Please make all checks and money orders payable to Dave and Adam’s Card World

PayPal : PayPal payments can be paid directly through our shopping cart. If you would like to pay by Paypal when placing a phone order our customer service team will assist you with proper instructions.

Credit Card : We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards. For information on credit card security, please check out our secure shopping section. Please note that some large or even moderate credit card purchases may require us to contact you for verification before the order is processed. We take this step to ensure a legitimate transaction and to secure our customers.

Bank Wire : Bank wire transfers are a secure and easy way to pay for your order. Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will assist you by providing all the necessary information you will need to transfer funds quickly. If your order with us is over $1000 and you are paying by bank wire, we will pay for your bank’s service charge.

Sales Tax

All New York State orders are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

Using a Gift Code

Every once in a while we place gift codes in advertisements and other promotional material. If you would like to use a gift code simply enter it in the gift code area of the checkout page. You can also use them over the phone when placing an order, simply mention the gift code to the customer service representative you are speaking with. Please note that you can only use one gift code per order.

Using a Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are used the same way as gift codes. Simply enter the gift certificate code during the checkout process or call by phone to use the gift certificate. Please note that only one gift certificate can be used per order.

Shipping

We package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely. All orders placed before 4 PM E.S.T. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Please note that this does not apply to USPS shipping!

Shipping Options

We offer a wide variety of shipping options including UPS, USPS, and DHL. Based upon the size of your order and location you will have various shipping options at checkout. To estimate the cost of shipping for your order you can utilize our shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page.  Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.

Please note that the calculator is not always exact; a more accurate cost and delivery will be shown during the checkout process. Product Related FAQ’s

If I order a product that averages 4 autograph or memorabilia cards per box and only get 3, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our boxes come from factory sealed cases. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information, which is available upon request.

I bought a case of a product and am looking to sell back a few of the unopened boxes I didn’t open. Will you buy them back from me?

We will not buy back boxes of newer product that could be missing the “case hit”. Boxes we sell of any product that can lose value if not from a sealed case (i.e. Upper Deck Cup Hockey, Topps Sterling Baseball, Upper Deck SP Legendary Cuts Baseball, Upper Deck Exquisite Baseball, etc.) come directly from sealed cases. We have decades of experience in identifying faulty products and take pride in being able to guarantee that we sell unsearched products.

When will you have the new ______ product and what will the price be?

For upcoming releases of new products check our release calendar, as well as our sports and gaming pre-sell pages. Please note that manufacturers often change anticipated release dates, and this is something that we have no control over. Whenever a release is postponed, we will adjust the calendar and pre-sell information accordingly.

I purchased a product on pre-sell and at the time of release the item price has changed.

Due to market forces that are beyond our control, products that we pre-sell may appreciate OR depreciate in value prior to release and delivery. Please be aware of the inherent risk associated with pre-buying any product. If the item price goes down you will not get a refund, and if the item price goes up you will not have to pay more. The price you “lock-in” at is the total price you will pay.

I see that you are an Authorized Internet Retailer with Wizards of the Coast, please explain this.

As an Authorized Internet Retailer with Wizards of the Coast, we can only ship current Magic: the Gathering sealed products within the U.S. and it’s Territories.

Also, as an Authorized Internet Retailer, we do not buy, sell or trade current Magic: the Gathering sealed products to or from other businesses.



Returns

Return Policy

In most cases we do not offer returns on products. In certain circumstances we will offer a return on a product that is unopened and in the original condition we delivered it in. If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact our customer service team before you open or alter it.

Items returned without authorization will receive a 15% re-stocking fee.

International Customers

We ship all over the world on a daily basis! We have worked diligently with various shipping companies to provide our International Customers with reasonable shipping rates and delivery times. If you have any questions or concerns about placing an International order please contact our customer service team. How to Sell To Us

Here’s How to Sell to Us:

1. Confirmation - First, obtain confirmation from us by speaking with one of our buyers:

Without confirmation, the quantities and prices quoted are not guaranteed. You have 48 hours to accept our offer, after which we reserve the right to withdraw it due to changing needs and market conditions. Please ship your items within 2 business days of confirmation. Our industry is very volatile, plus receiving timely shipments ensures timely payments.

2. Packing - Be sure to pack your items CAREFULLY. We recommend using sturdy, undamaged boxes (the heavier the item shipped, the sturdier the box should be.) In addition, use generous amounts of packing foam or material to insulate the merchandise from the sides of the box. All sealed cases must be double boxed (shipped in another box). Any items received damaged or unfit for resale will not be purchased and will be shipped back. It is your responsibility to make sure all items reach us in good condition.

3. Shipping - You may ship your items to us any way you wish. We recommend UPS Ground for both cost efficiency and service. Keep in mind that the US Postal Service does not provide the same level of service as private carriers, such as detailed package tracking and guaranteed delivery times. All our buy prices reflect what we are paying for delivered items, so you are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Invoicing - Please be sure to include a detailed packing slip with any items that you send to us. List everything that you are sending along with the agreed upon price (a copy of an email message is fine). Also include your contact information (name, address, phone number, email.) Without this information, we won’t know where to send payment or how to contact you with any questions.

5. Payment - Upon receipt of your package, we inspect each item to confirm that it is in acceptable condition and as described. After your order has been reviewed and accepted, we mail out a company check to you same day via USPS. Any deal over $1000 will receive a check from us via 2nd Day Air, while deals over $2000 will receive an overnight check via Next Day Air. Alternately, we can also credit your Paypal account or pay in cash. Please inquire about the various payment options.

6. Condition/FraudEach item should be free of any dings or dents, and the factory shrink-wrap must be intact (when applicable). On rare occasion, searched and/or rewrapped product has been sent to us, particularly newer boxes that have been tampered with. While these remain rare and isolated events, if anyone sends product with the intent to defraud us, we reserve the right to have the questionable product seized and file charges against the seller. We take fraud seriously, and any attempt to defraud us with bogus goods will be dealt with swiftly and firmly.
